Photo was taken during the Mount Apo climb which held last Feb. 25-28, 2009 together with my mountaineering group.
Mount Apo is the highest mountain in the Philippines and its altitude is 10,311 feet or 2954 meters above sea level  and they

call it as Master or Grandfather of Philippine Mountains. This mountain is located at Davao del Sur in Mindanao which is
southern part of the Philippines.

Our today's Host is Kathy Stilwell

 These were taken on a recent drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway between
Asheville and Waynesville, NC.  The sky was clear going up but quite a
different story coming down.  It was breathtaking to travel along the ridge
although the hemlocks demise is difficult to witness.

Our today's Host is Sarah Irish

I have been a regular Skywatcher for the last few months and enjoy the challenge of capturing my world to share with the blogosphere. I live on a lake in Western Maine, Worthly Pond and this is my best picture of it. I captured it while warming up my car one morning, the reflection couldn't have been more perfect!
