Skywatch Friday - 25 July 2019 Edition

Getting toward the end of July and the end of summer is coming in fast, so get your vacations in now! Unless you don't have kids in which case wait until the kids are in school. We are taking our family vacation late this week so I've prepared two SWF posts. I'll have my laptop with me so if something goes awry, I can fix it.

Skywatch Friday - 18 July 2019 Edition

Another week and another edition of Skywatch. Here in Tulsa we had a brief interlude of dry, halfway cool weather with some strange cloud movement from east to west as the atmosphere rotated around Hurricane Barry.

I hope everybody has a happy and safe week of Skywatching!!

Skywatch Friday - Mid July Edition

It is the middle of July and the heat and the humidity have collided in Oklahoma! I don't know about you but I haven't mowed our yard in a couple of weeks and my neighbors have both mowed theirs so the heat is on me, so to speak. I guess that it is time for me to step up and get it done. I'd rather go hiking of course.

Welcome and thank you for participating in Skywatch Friday, a great community of bloggers. I hope that I can join you this week. I have all my 72,000+ photos on it except for a few I keep on my pc. Oh well, I guess we will find out how resourceful I am.

Skywatch Friday - USA Independence Day Edition

Tulsa's Freedom Fest Fireworks at Veteran's Park

July 4th is here, Independence Day, the original Brexit!! It was rocky and rough and continues to be rocky and rough but we are working through it. It is generally the biggest party in America.

Thank you for participating. We are open every day, and we start anew every Thursday at 12:30 USA Central Time.
